Sounds like familiar territory, too familiar in fact.
Ok. the list of questions: why are you leaving the earlier job? Some vague reply will be provided like: the salary was not on time, there is a night shift or the Boss stinks or I need a change.
So what they are saying is that we need a job with regular timings, no jhamelas, an increasing salary on time, leaves as and when required ( for families, marriages, girlfriends, friends, bonding what ever), no boss preferably and no pressure
Does such a job exist? As far as I know it does not exist on this planet earth. So the ones offering a job must be at fault. We must be lunatics to try and create career charts and be good leaders.
Or perhaps, Global Coordinates has another major problem, one of the founders is a woman, Now that is an unsaid problem. The male ego raises its head every now and then and GC feels the tremors of the demons.
Kya kare? Maybe I should go in for a gender change or better still, operate behind the scenes so that no one knows that a woman is trying to lead.
God forbid, A woman trying to lead and succeed! kaise ho sakta hai?
