The new accountant did not turn up today. I think she got very scared of me. Or of the responsibilities being spelt out to her. Or she got a better paying job. Another character did not turn up and did not inform us either. So two wickets down again.
No payment either. Good show. Despite the bribe ( although we have already spent part of it).
My father called and I actually snapped at him. He gives a lot of suggestions(maybe good ones) but my heart tells me that if he really cared, he would be standing there with me. He would not have abandoned me or he would not have allowed the family to abandon me. Anyway it is what it is and it is not what it is not.
The online shop and the maps to be launched in it are getting ready. But of course we need to pay the guys who are working on it and payment as we all know, is not part of our dictionary as of now.
Just don’t ask for it.
Sometimes I wonder if there is an NGO for every ‘minority’ group, what about an NGO for ‘enterpreneurs’. I guess we are also a minority group. I mean we are heading towards being on the roads!
A lot of us do not get a salary for a long time, have long working hours, face all kinds of shit, are under stress and nobody supports us, not our family, not our clients and not the society.
Everyone will just turn around and say: ‘bhaiyya job kar lo, kisne kaha hai yeh sab karne ke liye’.
‘ab job toh har koi kar nahi sakta hai na’. So it is like we talk a different language and nobody understands us (I mean till we make those millions and trillions).
So we should have a support group for ‘enterpreneurs’ who step in when we are in troubled waters. Maybe the NGO could help us in getting our rightful payments and assist us in being treated with respect rather than like servants by the esteemed clients. After all ‘human rights’ bhi toh koi cheez hai’. Working for oneself should not be so derogatory ( I wonder if the spelling is right).
Survived another day. Despite and Inspite of.
Stay with us.
