Our outgoing mail server works intermittently. And when it does, it is like ‘Bingo’, what a miracle. We try and send as many mails as possible. The rest of the time, we use our personal e-mail id’s. The server sits in the UK and the incoming mails are never a problem. But the outgoing is another story.
Worked on the price matrix for digital maps. A lot of work is still left. But well begun is half done, I guess ( I hope that is how it is said). Took Appu to the psychologist. Some more sessions are needed and the doctor said that Appu is a brave kid and the past years have been very unsettling for her. Leave alone unsettling, she has been unsettled so many times.
The week is over (finally). No project in sight so far. We are working mainly on digital map products and training. Narendra is leaving for Lucknow tommorrow night to finish some rectifications in the work done for a client earlier. It is only after we finish the rectifications (which could have been informed to us during the execution of the project) that we will get our bank guarantee back and the completion certificate. And of course a part of the payment that has been withheld. So good luck to him and us.
The bills, instalments, shifting of the office- huge issues and I am not even looking at them on a daily basis. Just doing what I can everyday. Just being there, being present-for the good and the bad.
I am sure I have made mistakes along the way. Leaped before I looked. Or did not take the plunge when I should have. Took risks at the wrong time. Or did not take the risks when I should have. Opportunities and timing. Or maybe it is mostly about timing.
‘When the time is right’ is a very pregnant statement.
Maybe the time is not right for us. As yet.
